All of my listings include professional media content, captured by the best Real Estate photographers and videographers in the Pacific Northwest. Our listing packages start with top of the line interior and exterior HDR photos. From there, we utilize aerial drone photography, social media focused videography, virtual 3D walkthroughs, and schematic floor plans. No media strategy is a “one-size fits all,” so we work hard to create a plan that captures and presents your home in it’s most beautiful light.

    A beautiful listing only sells when it’s in front of the right buyers! I work diligently to ensure that your listing is marketed in a way that capitalizes on its highest value. All of my listings are inputed accurately into the NW Multiple Listing Service, syndicating to Redfin, Zillow, Realtor.com, and every other major consumer listing website and app that you might think of. I utilize social media to further promote each of my listings, from paid advertising to manually posting within significant groups of interest. None of these digital efforts are complete without sticking to the basics, though - which include hosting open houses and following up with all private showings until a buyer is secured.
