More About Jake.
Having been born and raised in the Pacific Northwest, I’ve had the pleasure of growing up in one of the most beautiful places on earth! From the stunning views of Mt Rainier and the Puget Sound, to the unrelenting optimism of rooting for a baseball team that always leaves you wanting more, I am proud to have my roots set here in Western Washington.
Over the past 6 years, I have been honored to serve my community in reaching their Real Estate goals, representing buyers and sellers in nearly 100 closed transactions. After spending the majority of my career at a large brokerage here in the South Puget Sound, I’m pleased to hang my license at Timber Real Estate in Lake Tapps, where I serve as a member of the founding board. In addition, I am a member of the Tacoma-Pierce County Association of Realtors, the National Realtors Association, and I am a certified RE instructor with the Washington State Housing & Finance Commission. Over the past decade, I’ve committed myself to staying engaged in our community, as a 6 year Arts Commissioner for the City of Sumner, High School Tennis Coach, and musician.
Outside of work, my greatest joy is spending time with my wife of 10 years, and our 4 awesome kids! As a life-long musician, our house is full of music, although the neighbors might better describe the sounds as “noise,” either way - it’s not quiet around here, and we wouldn’t want it any other way!
